On the ground floor of the house, there is a separate living and dining room. The dividing wall has a glass breeze block feature to enhance the light and ensure both rooms bright and airy but if you preferred you could create one larger living area. There is a decent sized kitchen just off the dining room and this has an external door which leads to the rear yard.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom and a further double bedroom to the rear. There is also a smaller third bedroom which would be an ideal nursery or home office. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower.
Wavertree is less than 2 miles from the Knowledge Quarter, an area which houses the main University buildings and the Royal Liverpool Hospital. There are plenty of amenities within the immediate vicinity including cafes, bars and shops and it is in a good catchment area for schools. Wavertree Technology Park - a hub for creative and corporate industries - is within walking distance. Other nearby facilities include Liverpool Shopping Park and Wavertree Leisure Centre which has an Olympic Swimming Pool. Allerton Road is just a short distance away and it is easy to jump a bus into Liverpool City Centre or catch the train from Wavertree Train Station. The main motorway leading out of the city is also easy to access.
