We are proactive when it comes to looking after your property. Moving in, we advise all tenants on how to maintain your property, including tips on rental-friendly decorating and we give them a series of videos on day-to-day property care. Tenants report any maintenance issues via our online reporting system FixFlo and our trusted team of contractors resolve them with minimal disturbance to the tenant. Inspections are also carried out every six months and we will advise of any issues that will improve your property. We also send out quarterly newsletters to our landlords to keep them updated on any news relevant to them.
