LPS is excited to share that its Director, Joe Gervin, has been recognised for his outstanding contribution to the community.
Through his work as a trustee with Liverpool Charity An Hour for Others, Joe has generated a remarkable £10,467 in social value*.
This achievement highlights Joe's commitment to making a positive difference.
Joe has been a trustee of the company for almost 10 years and during this time has provided business and legal advice which has played a pivotal role in the charity's growth and success.
However, Joe's support has gone beyond his work as a trustee. Joe also supports the charity through LPS Real Estate, the company that he founded almost 20 years ago. To Joe and his team, LPS is about more than just sales and lettings, it's about improving communities.
Every time LPS sell or rent a property in Liverpool, they donate some of the money to An Hour for Others. This collective effort enables LPS to directly impact the lives of individuals and families within the community and is helping improve our communities for future generations.
About his recognition, Joe said: "Seeing the numbers really brings home the difference my support has made. It has been amazing to watch An Hour for Others flourish, offering more services to more people and even opening hubs and charity shops. While individuals and businesses can help, it's the passion and hard work of Gill, Kev, and the whole An Hour for Others team that truly makes this charity special."
