Our Welcome Home Boxes have gone down a storm with tenants and buyers and they’re about to receive even more love thanks to our brand new collaboration with Wagamama Liverpool One!
The much-loved, super generous restaurant chain will be adding a fabulous gift into each of our Welcome Boxes, meaning even more goodies for those moving into our homes.
Included in their gifts will be a pair of chopsticks, a menu and 2 x "Be our Guest Vouchers" worth £15 each - just what you need when you’ve just moved in, everything’s still in boxes and you’re far too tired to cook!
The collaboration was ignited when we moved a Wagamama employee into one of our properties and impressed them with our great service and our welcome pack! They recognised it was a great opportunity to promote the Wagamama brand hopefully entice buyers and tenants to come along and enjoy their delicious food.

The fabulous Wagamama’s gift will sit alongside the other household essentials donated by some of the biggest brands within the homecare, personal care and food industry; giving a much-needed local feel to the Welcome Packs.
LPS lettings assistant Fatima said: “We know moving homes can be a little stressful which was why we introduced the Welcome Boxes filled with handy household essentials. However, we felt they were missing items that could be used locally so when Wagamamas Liverpool One agreed to come onboard we were both honoured and delighted. It is the perfect partnerhsip; whether our tenants or buyers are moving from around the City, the County or the World, the Wagamama "Be Our Guest Vouchers" will help them settle into the area and support the local community. Plus, a delicious meal at Wagamamas will be a welcome treat after the hard work of a house move! We'd love to build on this and get other non-conflicting local companies, including independents like ourselves, added into our Welcome Boxes so we can really help to support the local area."
