Our Director, Joe, is gearing up for an extraordinary challenge: the iconic London Marathon. But this isn't just about miles and finish lines. For Joe, it's a personal mission, a tribute to his father, who sadly lost his battle with pancreatic cancer a few years ago, just three months after diagnosis.

Joe is running to raise vital funds and awareness for Pancreatic Cancer UK, this year's official charity.

Despite his experience in numerous marathons, this will be his first time tackling the London course. And he's not just aiming to finish; he's setting his sights on an amazing 2h55 personal best. To put this into context, in 2024, just 6.9% of finishers or 3,747 runners out of 48,000, achieved a sub-3 hour marathon time

"This run is more than just a race," Joe says. "It's about honouring my father's memory and supporting the incredible work Pancreatic Cancer UK does. I want to help bring hope to others facing this devastating disease."

Joe has put in countless hours of training over the tough winter months to achieve his ambitious goal and hopefully reach his fundraising target of £2,500.

You can watch the London Marathon live on TV on Sunday 27th April.

Thanks in advance. Together, we can make a real difference.
