Virtual Tours Added to our Offering!

LPS Real Estate is now offering fantastic 360 Degree Virtual Tours for some of its sale and rental properties.

Our marketing manager, Jane Gervin, said: "We pride ourselves on being proactive, so as soon as the pandemic hit, we changed our way of working and started offering video tours of our properties. This meant our clients could still 'view' properties even though they were unable to be there physically. It worked really well for both ourselves and our clients and customers.

"The restrictions may have been lifted, but we have made the decision to continue with this virtual offering which our customers and clients, especially our overseas ones, are delighted with. We have even gone as far as strengthening our service with the introduction of the 360 Degree Virtual Tours, which allow you to virtually walk around the property. It helps give a sense of space and scale that sometimes photographs can not provide. However, when possible, we would always encourage our customers to phsically view the property before they make a final decision!"
